What is Kotto? Kotto is a modern, made-to-order e-commerce brand offering customizable clothing and pet accessories with a bold, funny, and expressive twist. Every item is printed only when you order it, so you get fresh, unique products made just for you.
 How long will it take to get my order? Since everything is made-to-order, most items are printed, processed in 1-3 days, and shipped within 8-10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.
How do I get free shipping?

Our full shipping policy can be found here. To qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost for each single item must be under $6.50 & the total order cost (excluding shipping cost) must total at least $50.

Examples: 

Shirt A costs $14 and has a shipping cost of $5 - total cost for items before shipping cost $14 = You pay for shipping

Shirt A costs $24 and has a shipping cost of $5, & shirt B costs $26 and has a shipping cost of $7 - total cost for items before shipping cost $50 = We pay shipping for shirt A, and you pay shipping for shirt B

Do you accept exchanges? Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept exchanges
Are your products sustainable? Yes! Because we use a print-on-demand model, we don’t keep large inventories, which means less waste. Each piece is printed just for you, reducing overproduction and unnecessary landfill waste.
How do I track my order? You will receive emails regarding your order throughout the order-to-delivery process, but you can also log in to your Kotto account and review your order details.
How do I care for my item?

To keep your Kotto gear looking its best:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results
  • Avoid ironing directly over prints
